Ifo report for 2007 on the situation of the European economy published
According to the current EEAG report (an ifo research group) on the situation of the European economy, growth of the world economy will be slightly smaller in 2007 and 2008 and amount to a little bit less than 5%. According to the ifo experts growth will also slightly slow down in the EU member states. This, however, would not put at risk the economic recovery. GDP in real terms would rise by 2.2% in 2007 and by 2.5% in 2008. An increase of key interest rates on the part of the ECB was unlikely.

2007 European ICT Prize (Pressemitteilung)

Preisverleihung auf der CeBIT mit EU-Kommissarin Viviane Reding und Netviewer ist dabei. Das Unternehmen hat den Sprung in die Endausscheidung für den ICT Grand Prize der Europäischen Union geschafft: Eine 16-köpfige Jury ermittelte in einem strengen Auswahlverfahren 20 Gewinner aus 70 nominierten Unternehmen. EU-Kommissarin Viviane Reding präsentiert die drei ICT Grand Prize Winner auf der CeBIT am 16. März.
